“Katz” By Nick Ringelstetter

This fun piece was inspired by multiple suggestions from the fans of Nick’s art. A lot of his paintings are a depiction of his own life and experiences, but he decided it was time to try doing something that people have asked for after years of hearing “you should do one with cats”. As Nick was working on the ideas for this piece he realized that when you watch groups of animals hang out you begin to see that each one has their own personality, and he wanted to incorporate that into this piece as vividly as possible. It would seem that taking this popular fan suggestion paid of big time because this is by far one of his most frequently purchased prints, so a big thank you goes out to all of his fans because without this suggestion and their support, becoming a fulltime artist may have been a lot more difficult.
