“Embrace”

This piece, while being a best seller for Nick, is also a wonderfully emotional tribute to all of his friends and family. Growing up in Spring Green, Wisconsin was difficult for Nick, as he didn’t fit the mold. He knew this from a young age and is happy to find that his friends and family have been so supportive in his journey of going to out and finding where he belongs while he follows his dreams and turns his passions into a career. The blue elephant signifies a juvenile, while the larger pink elephant signifies love, and support from caring comrades. The portal to the blue door in the background is waiting for the blue elephant to pass through to the next phase of his life with the support of loved ones, just as Nick did, and he’s immortalized his thanks to them in this serene painting forever.
